Following your delivery

Use your order code and checkout phone number on the order tracking page. Courier details appear when our team has assigned the delivery.

Payment

Payment options currently enabled for the store appear at checkout. Cash on delivery is paid when you receive your order. If you choose a manual transfer, follow the displayed instructions and submit your transaction reference. Transfers stay pending until our team verifies receipt.

Order changes, damage or incorrect items
